Real Estate Purchase

Your request is recorded in detail. We present suggestions related to your search to clarify your needs. Based on the details of your request, a budget is determined. The property selection process is then initiated according to the defined budget and criteria.
In line with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) confidentiality practices—covering off-market listings, investor privacy, and due diligence—an Investment Advisory Authorization Agreement is signed.
Suitable listings are selected from our existing portfolio and network and presented to you. Approximately three or more properties are shortlisted. If none are approved, alternative options are arranged.
Once a final decision is made, our purchase service is concluded through the title deed (land registry) transaction.

If you have individual investment requests such as an opportunity purchase, rental income, or long-term investment planning, properties aligned with your request are presented to you.
Based on area and rental analyses, suitable options are submitted to you in writing. Among the presented listings, properties are recommended with priority as short-, mid-, and long-term investment alternatives.
Together, we decide on the most suitable real estate investment for you.

For your sale and leasing requests, a special market valuation is conducted for the property. Following the valuation, our price recommendations are shared with you.
After mutually agreeing on the price, an Investment Advisory Authorization Agreement is signed in line with KVKK confidentiality practices for off-market listings, investor privacy, and marketing activities.
Before publishing listings and starting marketing efforts, the property is first presented to our internal network. If a final result is not achieved through our network, marketing activities are implemented via local and global channels, outdoor signage, digital marketing channels, and our social media platforms.
